Add support for new JACKPOT SNGs in ACR

ACR has completely changed the hand history format for these new Jackpot SNGs. Could you add support for it please?

At the moment ACR make the JACKPOT SNGs hand history files available after the tournament is finished and need to be manually requested by players. Hence for now no HUD can be displayed for this variant.

Due to improvements in ACR's new software we've been able to add support for all ACR tournaments.

Currently the HUD does not display when playing the 'Jackpot' tournaments on ACR. We are losing valuable information.
