Add support for 6+ Holdem on PokerStars

  Just purchased Poker Copilot. With the addition of 6+ hold'em in Pokerstars (and other rooms), it would really be great to add support for that game in the software. At the very least the amount of $ won or lost, it is annoying being unable to track even that.
